Augustin Suessmair is Professor of Business Leadership, Strategy and Organization at the Institute of Experimental Industrial Psychology - LueneLab at the Leuphana University of Lueneburg.

His work focuses on behavioral issues of individuals and groups in organizations as well as markets. One of his research interests is strategy development and organizational behavior in not-for-profit organizations.
