The Master's Programs
The degree programs of Leuphana Graduate School have been grouped into three superordinate programs:
The Arts & Sciences master's program is marked by a rather strong focus on research, whereas the Management & Entrepreneurship master's program systematically combines scientific expertise with practical experience in business. In the Education program research-based approaches applied in educational sciences are combined with practice-oriented teacher training. Within each of these master’s programs, students can apply for any of the following programs of study (major):

- Management & Business Development (M.A.)

Master's Program in Education
- Educational Sciences (M.A.) with a minor in Social Education or in Educational Processes within Organizations
- Teacher Training for Vocational Schools – Social Education (M. Ed.)
- Teacher Training for Vocational Schools – Economics (M. Ed.)
- Teacher Training for Primary and Secondary Schools (M. Ed.)
- Teacher Training for Intermediate Schools (Realschulen) (M. Ed.)
