Yes, you have to. You can’t submit it later. In contrast to the Leuphana bachelor’s programs, the Leuphana master’s programs do not allow students to take the English test in the ongoing semester. If, at the time of your application, no proof of English language skills has been received, your application will not be considered.
There is only one exception: If, after the first round of admissions, there are still positions remaining in your chosen major, late applications will be considered.
However, we strongly recommend that you do not rely on being admitted in the second round of admissions. Instead, we advise you to apply for the required documents proving your English language skills well in advance. At Leuphana you have the opportunity to prepare for the TOEIC test and take the test in time. For more information on test deadlines and the reimbursement of fees, please visit the Foreign Language Center homepage.
