The IKKK hosts a workshop at the official side-event of the ASEM 8 Summit

02. Oktober 2010 4th Connecting Civil Societies of Asia and Europe Conference organized by the Asia Europe Foundation (ASEF), Workshop on "Sustainable Creative Cities: The role of the arts in globalized urban context"

IKKK associate researcher Sacha Kagan is organizing the workshop on "Sustainable Creative Cities: The role of the arts in globalized urban context", On October 2nd and 3rd in Brussels, with the collaboration of Prof. Dr. Masayuki Sasaki, director of the Urban Research Plaza at Osaka City University.

The workshop participants, selected by ASEF on the basis of a preselection by S. Kagan and M. Sasaki, include artists, cultural actors, experts and academics. They will elaborate a series of recommendations to the 8th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Summit.
