Professor wanted! Career planning and optimisation for female scientists

The late doctoral and early postdoc phase is crucial for the further course of one's academic career and is in a constant state of tension between dependent employment and academic independence. Female doctoral researchers are confronted with numerous professional challenges and hurdles on the way to a long-term academic career. In the workshop, the participants will take stock and reflect on their own current position. Building on this, they will plan goals and important steps towards their own employability.
