SUMMARY:Unconscious Bias
DESCRIPTION:The aim of the keynote presentation on "Unconscious Bias" is to
  provide academics at Leuphana University Lüneburg with an understanding of
  the impact of unconscious bias on their research, collaboration and decisi
 on-making processes. The presentation will cover the basics of unconscious 
 bias, including neuroscience, types of unconscious bias, and factors that c
 ontribute to the development of bias. It also explains the consequences of 
 unconscious bias in the workplace.\n\nThis event will be followed by an int
 eractive workshop on the same topic on 8 December. Participation in the wor
