Doctoral Research Group Technical Sciences
Engineering (as of winter term 2023/24)
Product and Process Innovation, Business Information Systems, Resource Protection and Resource Management, Industrial Engineering: Our key interests are related to the current and future development of products and production processes. Research focuses on production systems, intelligent components, hardware-related intelligence, production-related information systems and networked production, but equally on planning and managing systems and production processes. Together with a multitude of national and international business partners, universities, and through EU-supported projects, we carry out target-oriented and interdisciplinary research and thereby develop a sound scientific foundation.
