How many roads ...?

The Summer School for female doctoral students and postdocs is dedicated to the topics of career planning and development with regard to gender-specific aspects.

For academic and professional success, it is important to deal with personal career options at an early stage, to establish networks and contacts, and to develop subject-specific as well as supra-disciplinary skills - regardless of whether you want to work in the academic or non-academic sector. The workshop offer is complemented by a talk in which female professors at Leuphana describe their individual path to professorship and discuss their everyday experience as well as their options in individually shaping the dream job professorship.

The next summer school will take place from july 13th to 15th 2021. Where information on the location has not yet been provided, we will announce this information in the coming weeks, depending on the actual situation. The Summer School also includes an english-speaking strand, so german language skills are not prerequisite for participation.
