 onsciously use and strengthen your intercultural competence.\n\nReflection 
 on your own personal and cultural imprint and its effect on your way of wor
 king and livingDealing with ‘German’ value systems and differences in unive
 rsity culture (direct communication, factual orientation, dealing with hier
 archy, rule-orientation, understanding of time, etc.)Handling cultural irri
 tations, discussion and conflict culture, value conflicts (e.g. hierarchy,
