Competence Development

Alongside research and teaching, one of the core tasks of any university is to support the overall development of the next generation of researchers. That support is part of the institution's responsibility for researchers' profiles and careers. Leuphana University of Lüneburg is committed to facilitating independence in research from an early stage. That is why we offer our Masters students, doctoral candidates and postdocs a wide range of optional development opportunities in addition to their study modules to enable them to make the best possible use of the opportunities and freedom available to them at the respective stage in their career, and to shape their career path in a creative and innovative way.

„Various facilities at Leuphana University of Lüneburg offer young researchers a wide range of workshops for skills and career development.“
