Psychological decision research and methods

Psychological decision research investigates the processes and mechanisms underlying human decisions. We are particularly interested in how emotional and moral factors influence judgment processes and preference formation. Another research area deals with the perception and assessment of societal risks such as climate change. Our research is empirically oriented and relies on both experimental and questionnaire studies. Publications and projects can be found in the research database.
