Arguing and convincing with confidence

Winning people over for your own ideas and getting your message across requires communicative
assertiveness.
It is important not to beat your head against a brick wall, but to express your own position and underlying
needs clearly and at the same time diplomatically.
In this workshop, you will learn and practice how to keep an eye on goals and processes as well as on the
relationship with the other person.
You will use concrete situations from your everyday (professional) life to practice how to achieve a good
balance between emotion and objectivity, how to ask questions skillfully and how to present your own
points of view confidently.
