Proposals and applications

In research, the acquisition of third-party funding has become indispensable. Increasingly, funding is also being offered for the further development of teaching and learning, for example through the Foundation for Innovation in University Teaching, the Quality Plus and Innovation Plus funding lines of the Lower Saxony Ministry for Science and Culture, or the Stifterverband.

In addition, teaching awards are increasingly being announced (e.g., as part of the Lower Saxony Science Award or by the Stifterverband). The Stifterverband offers a good overview of teaching awards in Germany.

The teaching service informs regularly in its newsmail about current third-party funding and teaching award announcements. Please feel free to add your e-mail address to the distribution list.

At Leuphana, projects for the further development of studies and teaching are funded in particular through study quality funds.

In the teaching service you will receive professional support for applications for projects for teaching and curriculum development or for applications for teaching awards.
