Inhalt: Quantitative methods covered in the lecture will be repeated in the seminar and practically applied by means of exercises. To deepen the methods individually, the students work on a weekly assignment sheet, which is handed in to the tutor.

Inhalt: Quantitative methods covered in the lecture will be repeated in the seminar and practically applied by means of hands-on application and structured exercises. Students will work on weekly take-home assignments, which are discussed in class to address common challenges and clarify key concepts. A strong emphasis is placed on applying statistical methods in R—both in writing code and interpreting output—while ensuring everyone has the necessary skills to follow along, with additional materials available for support. The sessions balance guided input with collaborative and individual problem-solving, allowing students to work at their own pace while being closely supervised. An open and interactive learning atmosphere encourages questions, discussion, and exploration of statistical concepts in a supportive, error-friendly environment.
