Inhalt: The lecture provides an overview of the methods and paradigms of personality, intelligence, and other aspects of differential psychology. These include approaches to and models of personality (psychoanalytic approach, learning theory perspectives, humanistic personality theories, trait approaches), biological basis of personality, personality development, structure and process models of intelligence, and emotional and practical intelligence.

In the seminar, we will discuss milestones and important findings in the field of differential psychology. Students will learn more about commonly used research methods and critically discuss the papers presented.
