Inhalt: Supervision is one of the most important relationships in your doctorate – and one you can actively shape. We explore what good supervisory relationships look like along with what you can expect from a supervisor, how to prepare for productive meetings, and how to communicate your needs clearly and confidently. We also take a broader look at support: what you personally need to feel cared for, and which resources and networks beyond your supervisor are available to you. The workshop is designed as a space for exchange and reflection.
