Student Services is your point of contact for all administrative and planning issues before, during and after your studies. We support you during your studies and make administration as easy as possible for you.

"By when do I have to register for an exam? Will I be reimbursed the semester fees if I take a semester off? How can I change my subject?"

Student Services is available to answer these and all other questions relating to your studies. Everything you need to know about the organization and administration of your studies is generated here, made easily accessible and forwarded.

Semester fees are charged for studying at Leuphana. Among other things, this finances your semester ticket, which allows you to travel by train throughout Lower Saxony, and the cultural ticket, which allows you to visit the theater free of charge.

Students must re-register with the university before the start of a new semester. This confirms that you will be attending the next semester. Otherwise, you have the option of taking a leave of absence for a maximum of two semesters. For documents, forms and assistance on these topics, please go to the page of the respective school.
