SUMMARY:Leadership Skills for Students
DESCRIPTION:[WORKSHOP]  Leadership skills are a key requirement for anyone
who wants to take responsibility and actively shape their environment, both
during studies and in professional life. Successful collaboration does not
happen by chance. Leadership means providing direction, taking responsibil
ity, and achieving goals together with others. The workshop explores how to
create a trusting work environment in which motivation, personal responsib
ility, and cooperation can thrive. Participants reflect on their role withi
n a team and engage with central questions of modern leadership, such as se
lf-leadership, motivating others, and balancing performance expectations wi
th a culture of trust and collaboration. Practical methods and structured r
eflection help participants identify individual development areas and apply
concrete tools for leadership, communication, and teamwork effectively. \n
