DESCRIPTION:[WORKSHOP] The transition from university to professional life 
 comes with many opportunities but also growing uncertainties. In today’s ti
 ght job market, entry-level positions are limited. At the same time, techno
 logical developments, particularly in the field of AI, are fundamentally ch
 anging many professions, making it harder to assess long-term career prospe
 cts. This presents students with the challenge of making informed and futur
 e-oriented decisions. The seminar supports participants in working on a per
 sonal career vision and reflecting on realistic expectations of professiona
 l fulfillment. Based on this, concrete next steps are derived. Agile career
  planning is introduced as a method to manage uncertainty confidently and t
 o evaluate different options in a structured way. Practical exercises also 
 help participants recognize and constructively work on their own strengths,
  motivations, and internal barriers.\n\nBy the end of the seminar, students
  will be able to:\n\nwork on a personal career vision and derive concrete n
