DESCRIPTION:This 3-hour workshop supports university teachers in dealing wi
 th challenges that arise when planning and facilitating group work in cultu
 rally heterogeneous student groups.We will address some typical challenges 
 that might arise in culturally diverse student groups and discuss and exper
 ience possible methods and approaches for dealing with those chal-lenges.We
  will also engage in a structured exchange of own interculturally challengi
 ng situations in your teaching practise, using small-group reflection and p
 eer consultation formats.You will leave the workshop with first ideas of ho
 w to tackle your own specific interculturally challenging teaching situatio
 ns.
