Self-Employment as a Career Path

[WORKSHOP] When it comes to choosing a career, most people think of a job with a company - self-employment is barely an option for most people. Fears such as insecurity, financial worries, bureaucratic hurdles or retirement security are often associated with starting one's own business. 

Let's clear up these prejudices! We are Paul, start-up consultant & STEP trainer and Joshua, STEP graduate & start-up enthusiast and want to give you real insights into the start-up life. In a workshop we want to raise awareness about self-employment and demonstrate how easy it is to develop start-up ideas. 

For us, founding a company means: Creativity, self-realization and above all "free" time management – all things that should be considered when planning your own career.
