Inhalt: The lecture gives the students an introduction into the fundamentals of Finance and the broad field of Corporate Finance which covers the area of finance dealing with monetary decisions that companies make. We will discuss the valuation of future cash flows, the topic of capital budgeting, the relationship between risk and return, and the cost of capital for the corporate firm.
