Inhalt: Selected topics of European (product) liability law Case Study: SuperCar (SuCar) As of today you are assistant to Robert Law, Head of Legal, SuCar. SuCar is the top-notch German car manufacturer. Its desirable vintage-, hybrid- e- and lifestyle-cars make them one of the most popular employers in automobile industry. A dream is about to come true, and an exciting future lies ahead of you. It was during your job interview that you met your future boss. He impressed you when he said: “Look, I will not give you text books to read. I will ask real life questions and you will give me your answers – I know you can do that. And that is what you will do with me as of day one.” You liked his approach – direct, open and he was already treating you as a young professional whose advise will be appreciated.
