Inhalt: Die Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie beschäftigt sich mit menschlichem Verhalten in Organisationen und am Arbeitsplatz und umfasst Aspekte wie Arbeitseinstellungen, Stress und Gesundheit, Arbeits- und Aufgabenanalyse, Arbeitsleistung, Arbeitsteams und -gruppen, Führung, Karriereentwicklung und Personalauswahl. Sie befasst sich entsprechend mit Fragen der Leistungsmessung, der Motivation am Arbeitsplatz, der Qualität des Arbeitslebens, dem Sinn von Arbeit, der Struktur von Arbeit, sowie der Auswahl, Ausbildung und Entwicklung von Personal wie auch der Organisationsentwicklung. Die Vorlesung vermittelt Theorien und Methoden zum Verständnis von Verhalten und Prozessen im Arbeits-und Organisationskontext. Die Vorlesung beleuchtet die verschiedenen Analyseeinheiten Individuen, Teams/Gruppen und Organisationen und behandelt dabei folgende Themen: Einführung in die Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie - geschichtlicher Abriss Arbeitsanalyse und Arbeitsgestaltung Teamarbeit und deren Gestaltung Gestaltung von Organisationen und Organisationsentwicklung Wirkung von Arbeit: Stress und Gesundheit Arbeitseinstellungen: Arbeitszufriedenheit und Commitment Arbeitsmotivation und Arbeitsengagement Arbeitsleistung (Aufgabenleistung, konzeptuelle Leistung, kontraproduktives Verhalten) Leistungsmessung und Leistungsbeurteilung Personalauswahl Karrieren in Organisationen: Personalentwicklung und Training Führung und Macht
