Inhalt: Coastal ecosystems are amongst the most vulnerable when it comes to, for example, climate change, pollution and resource extraction. The protection of global coral reefs is one of the most pressing challenge of the 21st century. In this course, we therefore address problems and solutions for threatened coastal social-ecological systems. Note: This course will be held online with a mixture of online video lecture, live online lectures, and discussions & group work via zoom.
