Inhalt: Migration policy research examines how states regulate various forms of immigration. This seminar explores key migration policy fields—including asylum, labor migration, regularization, integration, and (assisted) return—by comparing different approaches across destination countries. Through this comparative lens, students will develop a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the political, institutional, legal, and socio-economic forces shaping migration policies worldwide.
