Inhalt: This seminar introduces students to the inner workings and practices of global organizations (GOs) with respect to three functional domains. First, we will elaborate on key aspects and contingencies of strategic leadership of GOs. Second, we will discuss key features of strategic sustainability of GOs. Third, we will explore how GOs strategically innovate and what factors shapes these endeavors. For each domain, we will discuss aspects characteristic for increasingly digitalized environments. Moreover, we will engage with critical perspectives.
