Inhalt: This lecture covers the core structures of the EU’s economic regime. Topics include the EU’s institutional setup and the legal basis of the Internal Market, focusing on the Four Freedoms (goods, persons, services, capital). We will examine competition and state-aid rules, monetary union, fiscal governance, tax policy, and external trade. The course also addresses contemporary challenges like the digital market and sustainability regulation. No prior knowledge of EU law is needed.
