Digitalization & Management provides students with a comprehensive understanding of existing theories, applications and critical reflections of how managers and leaders use digital technologies for improving business processes and firm’s competitiveness. This involves key issues about leading people: How can leaders be most effective in a modern digitally connected work environment? To understand digital leadership best practices, the course is asking how leaders bring innovative technology and a people-oriented culture together. Students will work on different topics in groups.
