Lower Saxony supports certificate programme at the Professional School

2023-08-25 Lüneburg. The new further education programme 'Digital Learning & Development' at Leuphana University Lüneburg is aimed at those responsible for personnel development in companies. The computer science expert Prof. Dr. Mathias Groß and a team qualify the participants to recognise the development needs of employees, to develop individualised continuing education programmes and to measure their success. The European Social Fund and the state of Lower Saxony are financing up to 70 per cent of the tuition fees for prospective students in eleven districts in the Northeast Lower Saxony region from October.

On offer are six online modules that cover the range of topics from strategic issues and the technical dimension of digital learning to the conception and implementation of concrete digital continuing education measures. The modules can be completed in full over the course of two semesters as a part-time certificate programme. Practical relevance and application are important elements of the programme, which is why experienced practitioners are also involved in the training.

The first module begins in October 2023. Applications for remaining places are possible until 15 September. Ingo Auhagen (ingo.auhagen@leuphana.de , Fon 04131.677-2467) coordinates the study programme and is available for a personal consultation.
