Fit for management tasks with an MBA programme

2023-11-29 Lüneburg. The Performance Leadership programme at Leuphana University Lüneburg offers a part-time MBA course with a focus on business psychology. This programme combines classic management theory with content from business psychology. The focus is on leadership techniques as well as organisational and personnel development in a digital working world. In April 2024, the Professional School will begin a further programme. Applications can be submitted until 31 January. Prospective students can take part in a networking event on 5 December.

The three-semester programme is primarily aimed at specialists and managers. They learn to better assess their own performance potential and that of their employees and to promote it in a targeted manner. They expand their management skills and are prepared to take on more management responsibility. Alternating between digital teaching and on-site courses ensures that the degree programme is optimally compatible with work. Regular excursions and teaching units in Leuphana's Digital Leadership Lab ensure close practical relevance and address current management challenges posed by advancing digitalisation.

Prospective students have the opportunity to take part in a networking event at the SAP site in Hamburg on 5 December and discuss current challenges of leadership and performance management with experts from science and practice. It is also possible to take part in taster weekends or the module programme. The programme will also be represented at the Professional School's Info Day on 13 January 2024.
