Leuphana professor represents Germany against genocide allegations

A decision on a possible halt to arms deliveries will initially be made in summary proceedings. Nicaragua is also demanding that Germany resume support for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in the Gaza Strip. The decision in the summary proceedings is expected in around three weeks, the judgement in the main proceedings is not expected for several years. As an expert in international law, Christian J. The Professor of Public International Law and Dispute Settlement Law at Leuphana and Professor of Public International Law at the University of Glasgow describes the two universities as "established cooperation partners": "We have had a dual degree programme, the Master in International Economic Law, in my field of international law for almost a decade, as well as close research cooperation," says Christian Tams.
