The next Leuphana Conference on Entrepreneurship with the topic "Evidence-based Entrepreneurship" will take place on 18 - 20 January, 2018 at the Leuphana Campus in Lüneburg.
Special tip: On Friday afternoon all entrepreneurship enthusiasts can participate free of charge. Experience with us a varied afternoon with interesting keynotes, inspiring practical lectures, and exciting pitch competition! It starts on Friday, 19 January 2018, at 13 clock. Free registration here.
ELEVATOR PITCH COMPETITION
Master's students from "Management & Entrepreneurship" develop a business idea during the semester and prepare a pitch deck in teams. The teams with the best business ideas get the chance to present business ideas at the Leuphana Conference on Entrepreneurship. Each team has two minutes to convince a jury of experts and the audience. The best teams can win prizes worth 1000€!
DISCUSSION WITH PRACTICE PARTNERS
Each year, external practitioners are invited to share their experiences on a specific topic and contribute to the exchange of knowledge. The practice partners provide exciting insights into their companies and their careers. Practice partners highlight what entrepreneurship means to them and how entrepreneurship impacts their companies.
SPIRIT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP
How do you come up with a genius business idea? How do you get from the idea to the actual product? What role do entrepreneurs play in society? What kind of "spirit" do you need as an entrepreneur? And how do you turn failure into success? These are just few of the various questions that are discussed during our guest lecture series "The Spirit of Entrepreneurship".
PRACTICE WORKSHOPS
Another part of the conference are numerous practical workshops with company partners, regional experts and entrepreneurs. The students can choose one of ten workshops from a diverse range of topics, such as gamification, social media strategies or entrepreneurial personalities.
