Dear prospective students,

we are excited to present you our first Newsletter! For those who are awaiting to start a new chapter as a Leuphana student or are interested in becoming one, we want to introduce you to our city and give some insights on what living in neburg is like.

Little Lüneburg, Big Opportunities: Your Next Adventure Awaits

Despite its small size, Lüneburg has a lot to offer: Visiting museums and cinemas, watching a concert or musical in the theatre, exploring Stintmarkt or simply shopping in the main square. Lüneburg is known for its sustainability and green spaces. The best part of all this? You can reach pretty much everything by bike.

All this to say that Lüneburg has plenty to offer from vibrant markets and student hangouts to exciting events right on campus, there is always something going on. One highlight you can’t miss is the Lunatic Festival, a music and arts event organized by students, turning the campus into a buzzing festival ground every summer.

And if you ever want a change of scenery: Hamburg as the second biggest city in Germany is just 30 minutes away by train.
