News for Prospective International Students

Dear Prospective Students,

for those who are awaiting to start a new chapter as a Leuphana student or are interested in becoming one, we want to introduce you to our city and give some insights on what living in Lüneburg is like.

Small Lüneburg filled with Big Adventures

Despite its small size, Lüneburg has a lot to offer anyone looking to pass time in the city. Visiting museums and cinemas, watching a concert or a musical in the theatre, exploring Stintmarkt, or simply shopping in Am Sande. If you prefer to be in nature, Lüneburg’s got you covered too. You can go to Kurpark or Kreidebergsee for a picnic or a walk, hiking in Kalkberg, swimming or paddle boarding and kayaking in the Ilmenau river that flows through the city. You can also participate in various cultural activities and events held by Mosaique or the Association for Student Affairs.
