If you have a problem with the media technology in one of our seminar rooms or lecture halls or if you need a briefing on the technology, please feel free to call us during our service hours on the general phone number 04131 677 1302 or send us an email to avm-service@leuphana.de.

You are also welcome to report any media technology faults you notice in our rooms by email to avm-service@leuphana.de.

The AVM-Service is responsible for equipping the seminar rooms and the lecture halls. The equipment in the seminar rooms includes beamers or displays and a controllable webcam with USB microphone for hybrid scenarios. Lecture halls also have various microphones and a media control system. We will be happy to arrange an appointment for a briefing with you.

For the different requirements of the users at events, equipment is available that largely covers the requirements for sound reinforcement, audio/video recording, conference technology, presentation or even translation. When planning events, the AVM-Service should be involved in good time to check the technical possibilities and their implementation.

We are also happy to advise and support larger university events. We are happy to provide any media technology required, such as wireless microphones, loudspeakers, lighting or projectors, after instruction. In the case of larger technical requirements, we will also be happy to support you or refer you to an external service provider. The AVM-Service equips the lecture halls and seminar rooms with media technology. If you have special needs in these rooms, please contact us.
If your institution has its own rooms, we can also support you in planning a hybrid meeting room or similar scenarios.

In addition to licensing and supporting Zoom, the AVM-Service is also responsible for the hybrid technology of the seminar rooms. In addition, we provide support and advice on conducting video conferences, such as for appeal committees.
A video conference room is also available. You can book this via the AVM-Service.

Equipment such as beamers, cameras, recording devices or adapters for research and teaching or university events can be borrowed from the equipment lending service.
