Masters Information Day

Unfortunately, this year´s Masters Information Day on site at Leuphana has to be cancelled. As a measure against the spread of the Corona Virus Leuphana University closed to the public on March 16th until further notice. We will keep you informed via this newsletter. Masters Information Day website.

What does "Consecutive Masters" actually mean?

A consecutive Masters has the same subject orientation and deepens the prior degree. Therefore, you always have to prove your suitability by subject specialization, also called consecutiveness, for consecutive programmes. At Leuphana you prove your suitability with an official Transcript of Records or Certificate which shows that you have completed at least 60 ECTS of subject-specific modules. New Masters Programmes at Graduate School

Especially in the field of cultural studies, a lot has changed: instead of one single study programme, three new Masters programmes are being introduced: Cultural Studies: Culture and Organization, Critical Studies - Arts, Theory, History, and Media and Digital Cultures. In addition, we have been able to implement our long-planned cooperation with the Hamburg Institute for Social Research - with the Masters programme Theory and History of Modernity.

There are also major changes in the group of management programmes. We have set up a broad-based new study programme: Management & Entrepreneurship. It is taught entirely in English and offers students the option of earning a second degree in an integrated study abroad programme at the prestigious Cranfield University.

Furthermore professor Velte has adapted the Management & Sustainability Accounting and Finance Masters programme, for which he is responsible, to global developments and challenges by now incorporating various sustainability considerations into business studies.

Amazing!
