Feel REAL: Systems Thinking for Entrepreneurs and Managers: A Practical Application (Seminar)

Inhalt: In the course “Systems Thinking for Entrepreneurs and Managers: A Practical Application”, students learn the fundamentals of systems thinking and systems theory and apply them in small groups to real-world entrepreneurial and managerial challenges in a practical project. Key systems thinking tools such as causal loop diagrams, systems mapping, and leverage points are introduced and embedded in a structured problem-solving process. Students form small groups and each group collaborates with an organisation or venture to analyse a complex challenge and develop system-based intervention strategies. The instructor support this process through regular coaching sessions. The course concludes with a presentation of the system analyses and proposed solutions to the partner organisations.
