Inhalt: The event content will encompass a comprehensive exploration of interdisciplinary perspectives on law, business, policy, and human rights, with a special emphasis on the Global South with the Third World Approach to International Law (TWAIL) method. It will include interactive lectures, case studies, group discussions, and guest lectures from experts in the field. Participants will delve into various thematic modules, analyzing legal frameworks governing global business operations and their impact on human rights, examining policy interventions for addressing social and environmental challenges, exploring innovative approaches to optimizing global value chains while ensuring sustainability, assessing informal economies and proposing strategies for inclusive development, and collaborating on practical solutions to complex interdisciplinary issues.
