Inhalt: Climate lawsuits have become an important tool of the climate movement. NGOs and individuals are taking states and emissions-intensive companies to national, European and international courts in an attempt to reduce emissions. Together, we want to look at important climate protection proceedings, shed light on the role of climate lawsuits in climate protection and ask ourselves whether climate justice can be achieved through the judiciary.
