Inhalt: This course focuses on important WTO cases and supplements the lecture. Each week a particular WTO case will be discussed. This will also train the technique of case resolution in international economic law.

Inhalt: The course provides an overview of International Economic Law in theory as well as in practice and a deeper understanding of specific legal problems of WTO Law. The functioning of the course heavily relies on and requires the students' interactive engagement as well as a substantial degree of team work. Apart from acquiring further knowledge of substantive and procedural WTO Law, the students will enhance their oral and presentational skills.
