EGOS Local Hub @Leuphana

09.07.2026 LOST meets EGOS (European Group for Organizational Studies)!

For the first time, we hosted the EGOS Local Hub at Leuphana University of Lüneburg. We are very happy that so many EGOSians found their way to Lüneburg, bringing energy and fun to three joint days of programming alongside this year's online conference format.

• Our local hub streamed 21 sub-themes with 45 participants from Germany joining the local hub!
• We had a full house at our Meet-the-Editors session with Matthias Wenzel for Organization Studies and Boukje Cnossen for Scandinavian Journal of Management! Thank you both for sharing your valuable insights!
• We enjoyed a guided city tour through Lüneburg by Markus Reihlen, including a short stop at the famous Luhmann pub!
• We had two wonderful dinners at Mälzer Brauhaus in the beautiful old town in Lüneburg and at Schröder's Garten by the river.
