Master's programme in Competition and Regulation
2021-12-07 Lüneburg. With its part-time law degree programmes, Leuphana University Lüneburg offers lawyers specialisations that are in demand. One special offer is the Master Competition and Regulation, a specialisation in competition and regulatory law that is unique in Germany. The English-language online programme enables lawyers to acquire the recognised LL.M. degree or the title of specialist lawyer for public procurement law in three semesters without the otherwise usual attendance phases. The programme begins in March 2022 and applications are open until 10 December.
The LL.M. programme Competition and Regulation focuses on topics such as competition and antitrust law, procedural law, state aid law, regulatory law and individual regulatory sectors. Students also deal with European and international competition regulations. A special focus is placed on the application reference: experts from legal and business practice are integrated into the teaching for this purpose.
A free live online seminar for prospective students will take place on 10 December. The topic is: Brexit and Competition Law. All information and a registration form can be found on the programme website www.leuphana.de/llm-competition. Interested students can also arrange a consultation with the programme coordinator Ramona Tax (car@leuphana.de, Fon 04131.677-1913).
