Study Production Management for Industry 4.0 alongside your career

2024-06-14 Lüneburg. Digitalization has fundamentally changed the way companies produce and operate. This ranges from intelligent factories to networked supply chains and automated production processes. Qualified specialists and managers are in high demand. The Professional School at Leuphana University Lüneburg offers a tailor-made further education opportunity with its two-semester certificate course in Production Management in Industry 4.0. The course starts in October. Applications can be submitted until July 31 of this year.

The MBA-level program not only offers a sound theoretical foundation, but also places particular emphasis on practical applications. In addition to case studies and the inclusion of practice-relevant methods, the digital learning factory on campus, where students can try out digital production processes in practice and learn about the effects of even the smallest changes on production processes, is one of the ways in which this is achieved. The certificate program can also serve as an introduction to the advanced MBA Digital Production Management, which will start again in April 2025

Prospective students can take advantage of various information offers. On 20 June 2024, lecturers will present the program in more detail as part of the online information evening on continuing education. It will also be possible to take part in taster sessions and arrange a personal consultation with course coordinator Ulrike Kahlfeldt (dpm@leuphana.de, phone 04131.677-1867) or have your application documents checked.
