2024-12-18 Lüneburg. The Leuphana University Lüneburg offers a part-time LL.M. in Corporate and Business Law, a sought-after part-time specialization opportunity for lawyers and economists. The master's program combines legal expertise with economic competence and leads to the internationally recognized title of Master of Laws. At the same time, the degree provides the theoretical basis for the specialist lawyer's title in commercial and corporate law. Applications are still being accepted until January 31, 2025. Those interested can get to know the LL.M. in advance at the online information day of the Professional School on January 11, 2025.

The LL.M. in Corporate and Business Law can be obtained in three semesters on a part-time basis. The program is aimed at prospective students with professional experience who have a degree in law, business law, economics or other related subjects. The course content includes, among other things, business law, corporate law, commercial and capital market law, as well as accounting and tax law.

The Master's program, which has been successfully offered for 10 years, opens up enhanced career opportunities for graduates, such as high-level positions in law firms and companies.
