Charlotte Wendt has been a research assistant since October 2022 and is responsible for the project coordination of "Students Support Language Learning" (S3), which is funded by the MWK at the IDD under the direction of Astrid Neumann.

Since March 2020, she has been a research assistant in the CODIP project of the Future Centre for Teacher Education (ZZL), which is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research as part of the joint quality offensive for teacher education by the federal and state governments.

She is responsible for the subject area German. Her field of activity includes the development, implementation, evaluation and stabilisation of a teaching concept in the context of digitally-supported individualised learning and practice processes in subject teaching as well as participation in networking with (extracurricular) cooperation partners. In particular, she investigates the possibilities that digital practice offers for working with linguistically heterogeneous groups of learners. Her main areas of interest are writing with digital learning tools, German as an educational language and German as a second and foreign language.
