Be REAL: Founder at Heart (Seminar)

Inhalt: Founder at Heart is a Think- and Do-athon that invites students to explore their capabilities as a founder and creative with a view to social innovation. While we take the SDG 10 (https://sdgs.un.org/goals) and Inner Development Goals (IDG) as a given, we explore how systemic resilience serves as a foundation for regenerative entrepreneurship. The course centers around developing project or business model ideas that contribute to personal development through entrepreneurship. Students will be introduced to key concepts in sustainable and social innovation, as well as entrepreneurship. Additionally, students will gain insights into their own and their peers values, goals and creativity, both in theory and practice. As a group assignment you will learn about game design and co-create a game on systemic resilience as a presentation on our third day together. Founder at Heart is part of the "Connecting Science, Responsibility, and Society" module in the Master Complementary Studies of the Graduate School, primarily aimed at third-semester Master's students. (In exceptional cases, the course can also be chosen by students from other semesters). For those interested in applying innovative approaches to address societal issues, Founder at Heart provides an opportunity to engage with these important topics in a structured yet flexible environment. *** This course can optionally be completed as part of the Leuphana Sustainable Entrepreneurship Certificate (LSEC).***
