Inhalt: Management of change is about identifying, adapting to and initiating change processes within and outside the organization and aligning structure and strategy of the organization with its environment. Managing change involves reflecting on structure and strategy of the organization and on the co-development of organization and environment. This module covers key issues of management of change such as types of change, mechanisms of change, learning on different levels, reflection on and alignment of strategies. Table of Contents 1.
