Inhalt: This course covers the basic topics of international law dealing with the terminology and actors in international law, the Treaty System & the United Nations, different fields of international law (The use of force, International Humanitarian Law, Human Rights, Economic Relations, Environment, Responsibility under International Law, Individual Criminal Responsibility under International Law), the acts of individuals in international law as well as the challenges and prospects in international law.
