Inhalt: In this seminar you (alone or together with a partner) will have the opportunity to explore how travel can be meaningful culturally. This understanding should be primarily based on your own and others' experiences of culture. However we will read about and discuss several theories of culture and how they might influence our experiences. The project is to design a journey or tour in another culture so that its participants can experience that culture meaningfully. The results of your project should be presented in the form you deem appropriate (website, blog, podcast etc.). We will also focus on learning how to do qualitative interviewing.
